Hannah Dyer kicked off her coffee journey in 2023 with the iconic Coffee Bus (now Running Latte Coffee Bus), starting with just $900 and a whole lot of determination. Her mobile coffee haven quickly grew into a Roanoke staple, beloved by locals seeking a delicious pick-me-up on the go.

Meanwhile, Julia Sansone was crafting her own success story in Lynchburg, Virginia. As founder of Allegro Music School, she built it into one of central Virginia’s largest music education centers, nurturing nearly 250 students across three bustling locations with a dedicated team of 20 talented teachers.

Today, these dynamic entrepreneurs have joined forces, combining their passion and business savvy to create Roanoke’s premier coffee destination: Running Latte. Together, they're building a 100% female-owned coffee empire, bringing community spirit, quality coffee, and entrepreneurial energy to the heart of Roanoke.
